  9. Add cream and 1/2 cup water to make the gravy..
  10. At last add Kasuri Methi and coriander leaves to the mixture and bring it to boil. Remove the gravy from fire..
  11. In a serving bowl keep all Kofta's, then add gravy, decorate with cream and serve hot.
