- You need of garlic, minced.
- Prepare of black pepper.
- Prepare of taco seasoning mix.
- You need of red enchilada sauce.
- It's of Rotel diced tomatoes.
- It's of diced green chilis.
- It's of low sodium chicken broth.
- It's of Sour cream.
- Prepare of Shredded Mexican cheddar cheese.

- In a large pot heat some olive oil......
