- You need 1/4 tbsp of Ginger-Garlic paste.
- You need 1 of Green chilli , finely chopped.
- You need 1 inch of Cinnamon Stick.
- Prepare 3 of Green Cardomon.
- It's 3 of Cloves.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- You need 1/3 cup of Almonds Cashews OR.
- You need 1/3 cup of Milk.
- It's 1/4 cup of Coriander leaves , finely chopped.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Cream Malai /.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 1/3 tsp of Sugar.
- It's 1/4 cup of While Oil.

- Soak the nuts in milk for 40 mins. Then make a fine paste..
- Boil the peas, and keep aside..
- Make a puree of the tomato..
- In a non-stick wok, add a bit of oil and lightly saute the paneer. Remove, and keep aside..
- In the same wok, add a little bit more oil. Then add the cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamon, and clove. Wait for the spices to splutter..
- Then add in the onion, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilli. Saute till oil starts to ooze out from the sides..
- Add the tomato puree, and the turmeric powder. On medium heat, cook this for 4-5 minutes..
- Now add the peas, and clove the lid for one minute..
- Next, add the nut paste. Mix well. Let this cook on low heat for 2 minutes..
- Add the fried panner, the coriander leaves, and salt. Close the lid, and on low flame cook for 4 minutes..
- Now add in the cream/malai. Mix well. Also, add the sugar..
- Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add more salt or sugar if required..
- The gravy should be thick, but not dry. Serve hot!.
