  6. You need 1/4 tbsp of Ginger-Garlic paste.
  7. You need 1 of Green chilli , finely chopped.
  8. You need 1 inch of Cinnamon Stick.
  9. Prepare 3 of Green Cardomon.
  10. It's 3 of Cloves.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  12. You need 1/3 cup of Almonds Cashews OR.
  13. You need 1/3 cup of Milk.
  14. It's 1/4 cup of Coriander leaves , finely chopped.
  15. Prepare 1/4 cup of Cream Malai /.
  16. It's to taste of Salt.
  17. You need 1/3 tsp of Sugar.
  18. It's 1/4 cup of While Oil.

  1. Soak the nuts in milk for 40 mins. Then make a fine paste..
  2. Boil the peas, and keep aside..
  3. Make a puree of the tomato..
  4. In a non-stick wok, add a bit of oil and lightly saute the paneer. Remove, and keep aside..
  5. In the same wok, add a little bit more oil. Then add the cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamon, and clove. Wait for the spices to splutter..
  6. Then add in the onion, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilli. Saute till oil starts to ooze out from the sides..
  7. Add the tomato puree, and the turmeric powder. On medium heat, cook this for 4-5 minutes..
  8. Now add the peas, and clove the lid for one minute..
  9. Next, add the nut paste. Mix well. Let this cook on low heat for 2 minutes..
  10. Add the fried panner, the coriander leaves, and salt. Close the lid, and on low flame cook for 4 minutes..
  11. Now add in the cream/malai. Mix well. Also, add the sugar..
  12. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add more salt or sugar if required..
  13. The gravy should be thick, but not dry. Serve hot!.
